Corey Jackson Passes Away
Last week Corey Jackson died. Corey was a nice guy and he was a real guitar talent. He was only 25 years old.
It is always sad to see friends and loved ones die.
Musicians seem to die off at a faster rate than many others, if you like some of your local musicans let them know it. Give them encouragement because they help to enrich peoples' lives.

Thanks, Dicky, for your kind words. Corey always said you were a writer's writer...Not sure what he meant, but I know he appreciated your writing a great deal. When he was about 15, he used to look for the newspaper on the island, when he'd find one, he'd say "look Mom, my friend, Dicky wrote this...". He and Rocky are settling in to their new digs, and as always, entertaining the masses.
